UPDATE - May 4 - our vendors are boxing and sending out all past preorders - as we've said before the delay was the Pandemic in that part of the world, caused factories to stay closed for close to 4 weeks, but has since re-opened and we decided to make a fourth wave of this product for delivery in June as we fill first the earlier orders, but enough is being made available to fulfill everyone. TheDark - Empty saber hilt (no electronics, but can be installed) - machined aluminum high quality handle - comes with the Dark Blade seen in the photos, and the correct connector you would need to make it function - The chassis's is now available to purchase from www.thesaberarmory.com website. If you want something to just be displayed on the wall or plan to install it at a later time, this is the one you want. you get hilt and working N-Pixel blade with this purchase. TheDark comes with blade plug, D-Ring, and special PCB connector that can later be fitted into a soon to be available chassis, so you can add electronics and make it a working light up hilt -

Shipping Times
Empty Sabers:
Empty sabers will ship as soon as they come into stock, they will be shipped based on date ordered.
If the sabers need to be painted or weathered there will be a slight delay as that gets done.
Installed Sabers:
Please allow 8-12 weeks for all installed sabers from the time we get them in stock, we will endeavor to get them out as fast as we can but if 2020 showed us anything its that expect the unexpected.
If you purchase a empty saber then the neo upgrade it will still be held to the same 8-12 weeks as it still goes on order date.
If you want to return your item after you have received it you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you cancel your pre-order you will be subject to a 5% restocking fee, this is to cover all of our fees and charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@korbanth.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
