saber comes as clean, or you can choose weathered look. We offer these choices because some want to do their own weathering and some would like it already completed.
Installed hilt - This "brother" saber is called the Oppressor, its a very savage double sided dark lord hilt, comes with 2 installed sides . Final version will have 2 silver/2 red buttons and D-rings on each side. Very limited availability, preorders - these will send in June/July - Don't pass this up, only a handful are being created and offered here. Restock Fees - ranging from 3.5% to 10% of the total cost when you cancel an order or you need to send a product back for a refund. Please read the details when checking out carefully, and before you can confirm your purchase, it will require you to check a box to acknowledge that you understand cancellation/restock fees. Korbanth LLC, incurs non-reversible fees for being able to take your order so if you change your mind and need to cancel the transaction, Korbanth Sabers does not get these fees back. Please make sure you want the product before committing to the purchase.
Shipping Times
Empty Sabers:
Empty sabers will ship as soon as they come into stock, they will be shipped based on date ordered.
If the sabers need to be painted or weathered there will be a slight delay as that gets done.
Installed Sabers:
Please allow 8-12 weeks for all installed sabers from the time we get them in stock, we will endeavor to get them out as fast as we can but if 2020 showed us anything its that expect the unexpected.
If you purchase a empty saber then the neo upgrade it will still be held to the same 8-12 weeks as it still goes on order date.
If you want to return your item after you have received it you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you cancel your pre-order you will be subject to a 5% restocking fee, this is to cover all of our fees and charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@korbanth.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
